Domestic Shipping Within Australia
We offer two shipping options for all orders within Australia:
Standard Shipping
- Flat rate: $10 AUD
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Shipping via Australia Post
- Applicable to all orders of Plushies and Bow Ties
Express Shipping
- Flat rate: $20 AUD
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping via Australia Post Express
- Applicable to all orders of Plushies and Bow Ties
Print-on-Demand Apparel Shipping
Our custom-designed apparel is produced and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partners:
- Additional shipping fee starting at $10 AUD
- Shipping times may vary based on production and location
- Production typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping
- Shipping costs are added to the base order shipping rate
International Shipping
- Starting from $20 AUD (applicable to all orders of Plushies and Bow Ties)
- Final shipping cost is calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Tracked shipping available for most countries
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Print-on-demand items may have additional international shipping fees
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- Print-on-demand items require additional 3-5 business days for production
- You will receive a tracking information via email once your order has been shipped
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to production and shipping conditions
Shipping Restrictions
- Some countries may have import restrictions on pet products and custom apparel
- We cannot ship to PO boxes for Express delivery
- Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times
- International shipping is not available to certain countries due to postal restrictions
- Print-on-demand items may have additional shipping limitations
Lost or Damaged Packages
- All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
- If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact us immediately
- For lost packages, please contact us if you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe
- For international orders, we cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs
- Print-on-demand items are subject to the production partner's quality and shipping policies
